Role Overview:
As a System Analyst, you will play a key role in managing and supporting various technology systems, including assessment management, software, hardware, and IT infrastructure. This position is crucial to the efficient operation of technical solutions that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology support and system analysis, with a strong understanding of both software and hardware management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment Management: Manage and maintain systems for conducting technical and business assessments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and smooth operation. Collaborate with stakeholders to customize assessment tools based on business requirements.
System Analysis & Improvement: Analyze the performance of current software and hardware systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Software & Hardware Support: Provide expert support for the organization’s software and hardware infrastructure, including troubleshooting issues, configuring systems, and ensuring that all technology assets are up to date.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure all documentation is clear and accessible for team members and stakeholders.
User Training & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical support queries from internal users. Provide training on new systems and updates, ensuring that staff can use the technology effectively.
Collaboration with IT Teams: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including developers, network engineers, and security experts, to implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Ensure systems align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Security & Compliance: Monitor system security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies. Assist in maintaining the integrity and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure.
Project Management: Participate in technology projects, from initiation to completion, including system implementation, upgrades, and new software rollouts. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of software and hardware systems, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience with assessment management tools or platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to technical support.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards.
